Qualifications

Seeking a Managing Attorney for our Virginia office

The ideal candidate will be personable with a leadership background and five to eight years’ Virginia creditors’ rights experience
Equity share opportunity after a year for the right candidate
We are looking for someone who proactively and efficiently handles their workload with a focus on producing excellent work

Previous management experience
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with leadership across firm
Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate with other attorneys, staff and clients
Outstanding organizational skills
Ability to handle a large volume of cases with speed and accuracy
Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
Attending hearings and status conferences

Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members

Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word and Excel
